We are hiring a “Technical Office Manager” for a leading Saudi company specializing in designing and manufacturing high‑quality furniture. The company has been established for over 20 years and maintains a strong, well‑recognized presence in the market.

Job Description:
• Lead and develop the technical office team (shop drawings, detailing, engineering, submittals, coordination).
• Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices across all woodwork production lines.
• Review and approve shop drawings for doors, wardrobes, kitchens, wall cladding, fixed/loose furniture, and upholstery.
• Ensure all drawings comply with contracts, specifications, standards, samples, and mock-ups.
• Coordinate closely with production, factory supervisors, and all manufacturing departments.
• Approve materials (wood, veneers, MDF, upholstery, finishes, hardware).
• Support procurement with accurate technical submittals, BOQs, and material take-offs.
• Ensure quality alignment with approved samples and client requirements.
• Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide value engineering solutions and optimize production costs without compromising quality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or Wood Technology.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in woodwork, joinery, custom furniture, and wooden doors.
• Minimum 7–10 years in a senior or managerial role within a large factory.
• Proven experience in hospitality and high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery systems, wood manufacturing processes, upholstery, and fire-rated/acoustic doors.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
