We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Tendering Engineer / Team Leader to join our team and handle MEP Tendering & Estimation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Handle tendering for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
Request, review, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Prepare direct and indirect cost estimates.
Identify technical discrepancies and prepare RFIs when required.
Coordinate with QS, Procurement, Commercial, Planning, and Technical Office teams.
Participate in Value Engineering and BAFO activities.
For Team Leader level: coordinate and review the work of the Mechanical Tendering team.
Requirements
B . Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
5–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in MEP/Construction Contracting companies is required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting.
Excellent knowledge of tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel.
Saudi/GCC project experience is preferred.
Previous team leadership experience is an advantage.
