Kasrawy Group for Automotive is looking for:
Service Advisor
#Job Requirements:
– BSC. Automotive or Mech. Engineering.
– 2-4 years of experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Very good English language
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

#Job Duties:
-Recommending upcoming periodical checks/maintenance to prospective customers by phone.
-Receiving/managing reservations.
-Greeting customers promptly & maintain good relationship with them.
-Follow and implement seven steps technique of reception.
-Confirming and updating information on customers’ vehicle files (creating files for new customers).
-Confirming and identifying contents of customers’ needs.
-Confirming the workshop’s operational status and stock confirmation of necessary parts, and instructions for arrangements.
-Price quotation using specified forms& ensures that the repair estimated cost and time are reasonable.
-Filling repair order sheets and processing.
-Confirming progress of activities, contacting customers.
-Contacting customers for additional work and obtaining approval and ensures that the repairs are carried out within promised delivery time and estimated cost.
-Follow up with spare parts for procurement of parts, especially the parts on VOR.
-Promoting and selling recommended products.
-Advice to customers on vehicle use, explaining/recommending next inspections/ repairs.
-Confirming customer satisfaction and dealing with complaints through follow-up calls.
-Follow come back job process.
-Ensures job controllers are feeding correct/proper operation code.
-Understands time control process.
-Preparing, generate and collecting all reception related reports (Carry over, Daily follow up sheet, NA Report, WIP Report…).
Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group.
