Job Description :
• Lead and supervise architectural and landscape design activities throughout all project phases.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor design quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and design coordination activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural and/or landscape design.
• Previous experience in large-scale mixed-use developments, hospitality, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, landscape design, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, design standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
