We are looking for a “Technical Manager (Structural / BIM)” for a leading global engineering and design consultancy operating across infrastructure, energy, and complex development projects. The organization is known for integrating advanced digital engineering, data-driven solutions, and multidisciplinary expertise to deliver large-scale, high-impact projects across international markets. With a strong presence in the Middle East, the company partners with government and private sector clients to drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across the built environment.
📍 Nasr City, Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BIM/CAD teams and oversee end-to-end information management delivery.
• Develop and implement MIDP, BEP, and EIR frameworks across projects.
• Enforce ISO 19650 compliance and structured data exchange protocols.
• Manage interoperability, QA/QC processes, and model governance
• Coordinate across design disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structural) and external stakeholders.
• Oversee Revit model production and detailed structural drawings (RC & steel)
• Maintain model registers and ensure accurate, timely information flow
• Assign, monitor, and optimize team workloads and delivery timelines.
• Drive adherence to BIM/CAD standards and client requirements.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities
• Mentor team members and build technical capability within the function
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in multidisciplinary project delivery
• Strong expertise in structural design, BIM workflows, and digital engineering
• Proven experience managing teams and leading technical delivery.
• Deep understanding of ISO 19650 / PAS1192 standards
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Structural) and BIM coordination tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
