### Job Summary:
We are looking for a *Social Media Specialist* to manage and grow our online presence across all social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions through compelling social media campaigns.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging and on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
* Analyze social media insights and metrics to improve performance and inform content strategy.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates.
* Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to deliver cohesive campaigns.
* Manage paid social media ads (optional based on role level).
* Prepare monthly reports to present social media performance and recommendations.
### *Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
* Deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and algorithms.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills.
* Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
* Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
### *Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience running paid ads and sponsored content campaigns.
* Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools).
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
* Previous work in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment.
Research and create original written and visual content tailored to the target audience.
Develop blog articles, scripts, captions, short-form videos, and creative graphics.
Brainstorm content ideas that align with the brand tone and marketing goals. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content.
Repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g., turning blog posts into carousels or infographics).
Ensure all content is accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Stay updated with content trends, audience preferences, and platform-specific formats.
