We are looking for experienced Senior Tender Engineers to join our team across Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, or related roles
• Strong experience in residential, commercial & large-scale projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / engineering software
• Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze tender documents (drawings, specs, BOQs)
• Prepare cost estimates & technical/commercial proposals
• Coordinate with procurement & evaluate subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with RFQs and project requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize solutions
