Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer
– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Cairo (Site Based)
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
– Produce all engineering submittals within due dates & as per required productivity rate.
– Produce all engineering submittals within standard quality.
– Submit periodical reports within time and high accuracy.
– Raise internal VO/claims notice whenever raised.
– Produce all closing documents before project milestones.
– Perform all works related to materials and subcontractors (PR/SR/ and follow material approvals) within time and as per quality standard (If delegated from TOM).
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
– Education: Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Arch major.
– Experience: 5-8 Years of experience in the Construction field
– Computer Skills: Auto Cad, Revit is A Must.
