Job Description:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (preferably construction/industrial).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification is a must or a strong plus.
• Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and enforcement ability.
