• Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared as needed
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support (filing, data entry, printing, document preparation)
• Coordinate with departments to manage visitor access and appointments
• Maintain office and reception supply inventory
• Support scheduling and coordination of internal meetings and events
• Respond to basic employee and guest inquiries
• Assist HR/Admin with daily tasks when required
• Monitor office maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures
• Support onboarding preparations such as welcome kits or meeting room setup
