We are looking for German-speaking Operations Support Associates (Voice & Non-Voice) to join the team in Cairo.
What we’re looking for 👀
🇩🇪 German level: B2 or higher
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
🎧 Previous Customer Service, BPO, Operations, Voice or Non-Voice experience is a plus

Salary: EGP 23,000 – 29,000/month
