𝐄𝐋_𝐒𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐚_𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 is currently #Hiring a motivated and experienced individual to join our Group.
#Quantity_Surveying_Section_Head/ Site

Requirement:
1-Review the projects’ plans and drawings and prepare the quantities required for each phase.
2-Submit accurate BOQs for all materials of all the projects based on the specifications and drawings.
3-Monitor the projects’ phases and suggest the Quantities of Materials required for each phase according to its needs and according to the preliminary plans.
4-Modify and adjust the budget and materials according to the variations in drawings and construction work.
5-Assist in cost management and analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at the construction sites.
6-Review subcontractors’ invoices and its compliance with Project Contract and arrange the payment delivery.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience not less than 10 years.
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
-Construction background.
-AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft office, HUP and Elit.
-SAP User
-Location: Site
