Property Consultant (Indoor)

Property Consultant (Indoor) is needed to be hired in a well-known Real Estate Company in Nasr City, Cairo

Job duties:
– Develops and builds relationships with prospects and customers.
– Produces appropriate sales forecasts and is able to capitalize on/ compensate for market changes
– Determine Clients ‘ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
– Identify new markets and customers ‘ needs and pitch prospective customers
– Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
– Recognizes, anticipates, and solves customer problems resulting in business opportunities
– Achieves sales goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived from business strategies and marketing plans
– Creating goals consistent with business strategy

Qualifications:
– Experience from 3 to 5 years in the real estate field
