Job Purpose
Supervising the implementation of (daily, monthly, and yearly) the production plan and its development according to the standards of quality and occupational health, safety at all stages of production processes and maintaining the efficiency of all equipment related to production operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree. Science – chemistry
7–10 years’ experience in production management, with a minimum of 4 years in the same industry (paints).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
Deep knowledge of production management
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
Excellent in Microsoft Office and SAP.
