We are looking for a “Maintenance Manager” for a leading company specializing in advanced central heating solutions, solar hot water systems, and heated pool solutions. With over 25 years of experience and three operating offices.

Job Description:
• Manage and execute all daily maintenance operations, ensuring high service quality, efficient team performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily maintenance operations.
• Lead the maintenance team and decision-making ? Assign and schedule jobs and technicians.
• Handle customer communication and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor spare parts usage.
• Ensure proper maintenance reporting and documentation.
• Supervise team performance and quality of work ? Participate in hiring and team development.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in maintenance management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
