IT Specialist is needed to be hired in an International Textile Manufacturing company in Alexandria
**Job Description:
– Install and configure software and hardware
– Manage network servers and technology tools including ERP
– Set up accounts and workstations
– Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
– Troubleshoot issues and outages
– Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
– Upgrade systems with new releases and models
– Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
– Build internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
**Job Qualifications:
– Min. 2 years of experience as System Administrator or Network Administrator
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
– Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
– Knowledge of security systems (intrusion detection systems) and data backup/ recovery
– Knowledge of common ERP versions (MS Dynamics, SAP)
– Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certificate is a plus
– Very Good English command
