We are looking for an experienced “IT Admin Help Desk” to join a growing company based in Dubai, specializing in Security and Investigations, Established in 2018, collaborates with international organizations across diverse sectors. It has a global presence operating in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications/systems.
• Full understanding of Microsoft Azure.
• Full understanding of networking, infrastructure management concepts, and setup.
• Provide Corporate systems support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of previous experience.
