General Manager is needed to be hired in a very well-known Food industry factory in Borg Al Arab
Job duties:
– Oversee and improve manufacturing operations, establishing and driving production goals and developing organizational structures
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures, providing resources and training
– Oversee employee hiring, training, development, and management, providing guidance to leadership teams
Qualifications:
-Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years
– Must have a background working in factories, preferably related to the Food industry
– Excellent Command of both English & Arabic
– Excel is a must
– History of Running a business
