“Front office – Receptionist” is required for a multinational FMCG company Located in New Cairo
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Experience as receptionist
• Fluent command of English (spoken – written) is a must
• SAP is a plus
Job duties:
• Greet visitors, answer inquiries and provide information to different stakeholders in order present professional company image
• Reserve meeting rooms for different activates and ensure suitable setup to provide appropriate environment.
• Receive invoices and create PRs, POs and MIGO… on SAP on behalf of Head office employees to complete the purchasing process in timely manner.
• Control & follow-up office supplements (stationary, cartridge, papers…) to assure appropriate accessibility in timely manner.
• Reserve domestic hotels and arrange transportation for head office employees (if it is needed) and to assure smooth operations.
• Coordinating business trips arrangements (air tickets, entry visas…) for all HQ employees and book international hotel.
