With 16 years of GCC experience and 500+ clients served, the team supports companies through company formation, PRO and government services, HR outsourcing, VAT & accounting, and corporate documentation, all through structured workflows built for accuracy, consistency, and reliable execution, so businesses can scale with confidence across the region.
📍 Nasr City, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the organization’s operations in line with new company setups, license renewal, compliance, and regulatory body approvals, including but not limited to new setups, conversions, sponsored, and non-sponsored clients.
• Ensure that all company information is correctly updated in the software.
• Clear and concise communication with internal and external customers on requirements and the status of the projects.
• Improve performance, productivity, and profitability in Client Service Delivery.
• Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
• Develop effective relationships with external suppliers, embassies, and consulates to ensure full understanding of services and effective delivery; this will include visiting embassies, DED, DM ,and other relevant departments.
• Offer productive solutions to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in company formation or Paralegal
• Knowledge of regulatory processes
•Strong communication and coordination skills
