We are hiring a “Digital Marketing Lead” for a business solutions provider that supports brands in different industries across the GCC with tailored operational services that bring together customer experience, digital marketing, logistics, performance tracking, and tech system support to help businesses run smarter and grow stronger.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing).
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Ability to brief and evaluate written content, visual design, and video edits, read basic performance dashboards, turn metrics into creative actions, and organize multiple brands and calendars without losing control.
• Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a must.
• A strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies is preferred.
• Basic performance marketing principles (funnels, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how creatives influence them
• Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms).
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
