Civil & Architectural Estimation Engineer
Years of experience: 2 to 5 years
Job level: Entry to Mid-level
Language: Good English is a must
Requirements:
• BSc. In Civil Engineering.
• General knowledge of standard forms of contracts.
• Plan tender reviews and submittal deadlines according to the procedures and Customer requirements.
• Participate in all tender stage meetings.
• Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all Tender team members.
• Develop clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc.
• Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
• Liaise with all tender team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and the commercial strategy as defined by the Commercial Manager.
• Study all documents of tenders (specifications, condition of contracts, and drawings)
• Estimate the tender value depending on the Price analysis, subcontractors’ quotations, and market man-hours rates.
• Pricing analysis and cost breakdown for variations and additional works
