Area Sales Supervisor
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of retail responsible stores.
• Analyzes business dynamics to maximize existing successes and to follow up on day-to-day sales &
achievements
• Follow up, analyze stores’ sales and prepare action plan for low performance stores
• Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends,
customer needs, and pricing.
•
• Ensure the company policy is implemented in all responsible stores.
• Scope of responsibility within 6-12 stores
Job Requirements
• 2-4 years’ experience in Retail, operations, and supervision.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (ex. revenue targets).
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
• ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft skills is needed especially Excel.
• Driving license
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
Ensures that the sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal.
