For a leading medical company in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to delivering world-class healthcare infrastructure, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with solid experience in hospital construction and finishing.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Civil Engineer to oversee construction,
finishing, and handover phases of medical facility projects. The ideal
candidate should have strong knowledge of hospital standards, infection
control requirements, and high-quality finishing works.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise all civil construction and finishing activities from ground-breaking to final handover
– Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and healthcare standards
– Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, and contractors
– Monitor QA/QC for medical-grade materials and finishes
– Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans
– Lead snagging and commissioning processes
– Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations on-site
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
– 7–10 years of experience in construction
– Minimum 5 years in #hospital / healthcare projects is a must
– Proven experience across the full project lifecycle (construction → finishing → handover)
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office
– Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
