We are looking for a talented “Project Engineer” for the largest and most reputable company in the marine construction industry specializes in end-to-end design and construction of both fixed and floating jetties, delivering world-class turnkey marina solutions. Established in 2012, the company has built a strong legacy of excellence, with services covering piling installation, fender system fitting, decking works, and full-scale repair and maintenance programs ensuring every jetty remains safe, stable, and fully operational over time.
Job Description:
• Oversee the design, construction, and installation of both floating and fixed jetties.
• Prepare, develop, and implement project-specific policies and procedures.
• Create operational plans and budget estimates for project activities.
• Develop and update the project’s organizational structure, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Monitor and implement project-specific initiatives and plans.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance indicators related to operational plans, initiatives, and projects.
• Allocate necessary physical and human resources for the projects.
• Plan and organize project stages from design to delivery.
• Manage resource allocation and oversee the project team.
• Monitor project progress, achieve goals, and implement necessary changes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in marine construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling; experience with SketchUp, STAAD Pro, and Revit is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle management, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
