We’re looking for a “𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧” for a leading company specializing in the import of industrial painting equipment and anti-corrosion coating machinery, recently expanded its operations into the import of food supplies for restaurants and hospitality.
📍 Work location: 𝑺𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒆
Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule sales team meetings, prepare regular sales performance reports, and assist in monitoring action plans.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Operate the CRM system to accurately record and update customer data and document all interactions and track sales opportunities.
• Customer File Management: Create, organize, and maintain all customer-related documentation (contracts, orders, correspondence, etc.) for easy access.
• Public Relations & Communication, respond to basic inquiries, and contribute to building a positive company image.
• Administrative Support: Process sales requests and coordinate logistical procedures with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Qualifications:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software after getting the essential training.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and strong diplomatic communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
