Testing and commissioning work with 5 to 10 years’ experience in testing and commissioning of EHV/HV Substations.
Responsibilities:
this position is responsible for testing and commissioning of EHV and HV substation including but not limited
• Testing advanced Relays, Main relays, simple relays, Auxiliary relays
• Scheme Check for substation equipment’s
• Scheme Check for panels Protection panels, Switchgear, LCC panels, etc.
Qualifications:
-BSC in Electrical Engineering
-Testing and commissioning of Protection Relay used in EHV/HV substations like Distance, Differential, High Impedance, Low Impedance, etc.
-Good knowledge and experience in all manufacture Protection Relays like GE. ABB, SIEMENS, SEL, Schneider, etc.
-understanding of protective relay & control schemes
-effective troubleshooting skills
-basic knowledge of SAS for doing CID/ICD files
-configuration of Protection IEDs
