 “  Full Time   “

• knowledge in CCNA and voice
• knowledge in MCSA
• voip and pbx issabal
• System admin for domain (Windows Server 2016)
• Mange VPN and Firewall between branches
• Mange voice calls Server (Solve calls problems and create Users
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues

related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Identifying and resolving issues by troubleshooting local and cloud infrastructure
• Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area .
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Virtualization technologies .
• Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
• OS troubleshooting

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fie ld. Experience as a Networking Engineer. Familiarity with network analysis tools such as SolarWinds.
