Title: Software Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Software Project Manager who will take on the management of a number of product development projects. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget, and within scope. Software Project Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of team members in their efforts to drive Software Releases.

Your role:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including Developers, UX/UI, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
• Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements
• Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict.
• Manage projects in GitLab and MS Project.
• Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to the leadership team
• Lead the project team including developers, Business Analysts, Quality
• Lead the project from the client-side and well represent the company
• Lead the requirements gathering and covert the business needs into a solution
• Manage to get an excellent project closure
• Solve any technical problems or issues.
• Delegate and follow up the tasks and set deadlines.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
• A university degree, preferably in computer science, or engineering
• A minimum of 5+ years of Software project management experience required, with a minimum 5 years’ experience in full product development life cycle (SLC) on multiple projects including requirements, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification for Software applications.
• Demonstrated strong experience with respect to Agile framework and its ceremonies.
• PMP Certified
• Presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Gitlab, TFS, Jira
• Fluent Arabic and English languages
• Good team leading, and self-motivation skills
• Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
• High level of integrity & trust.
