Foreign purchasing Section head
1- Responsible for the Procurement of all required APIs, Standards, Originator and any other foreign materials.
2- Follow up the day to day activity required from the RA team.
3- Checks all invoices for logistics services against service requests made from the logistics office. Verifies.
4- Submits payment requests for logistics services. Allocates various costs. Requests funds from budgets to enable payment.
5- Monitors the status of incoming international supplies, status monitoring and correspondence with the central Supply Division.
6- Supervises the day to day activities of the organization-appointed clearing agent.
7- Processes logistics and ensures follow-up action completed.
8- Make sure finished goods reach the correct destination.
9- Register all documents and handle suppliers databases.
10- Prepare reports concerning foreign purchasing operation.
11- Executes additional administration tasks.
