Workshop Center Manager
#PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES
· Complete P&L responsibility for the automotive center.
· Is the principal driver to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving
sales BP target
· Acts as the escalation route for dealing with day-to-day customer and workshop management issues.
· Ensure effective management of the workshop teams within the center.
· Ensure service & repair quality and as per the scope of the repair order.
· Generates operational performance reports as requested by management.
#JOBKNOWLEDGE
Academic:
· Engineering, Technical, or Mechanical Automotive degree preferred but not required.
#RelatedWorkExperience:
· 5-years’ minimum experience related to the workshop environment.
· Saudi or Gulf experience a plus.
· Aftermarket experience a plus.
· Certified service advisor training program a plus.
· Ability for continuous learning and growing in the role.
