We’re Hiring a ” Warehouse Manager” at one of the biggest companies in the field of stationery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, and delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities:
Creating a warehouse system.
Manage all aspects of the warehouse operations.
Contribute to creating and implementing best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures.
Prepare various reports for clothes shipped and received at the warehouse.
I’d like for you to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and make sure that inventory reports are prepared regularly.
Ensure stock is maintained and rotated properly and regularly.
Submitting stock details (quantity, cost, and pricing) to internal databases (internal ERP system).
Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
Ensure that ERP is accurate and up to date.
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Review ways to reduce waste
Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, and process documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and transport companies.
Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.

Qualifications:
8 – 10 years of warehouse management experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
Post-graduate Diploma is preferred (in Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.).
