Job Responsibilities
• Have Good Experience in projects(Rollout , Radio, MW links , pm , cm , core network , civil works)
• Have very good Experience in dealing with vendors (Huawei ,Ericsson ,Nokia)
• Preparing periodic reports on the analysis of risks and opportunities, Progress and Refer to Project manager
• Use the various tools to monitor working hours, plans, expenses, and schedule deadlines.
• Monitoring the progress of projects and preparing reports on the achievements made on the projects.
• Ensure that standards and requirements are met by performing quality assurance tests.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and necessary data.
• Divide projects into actionable actions with appropriate timeframes.
• Communicate with clients to define requirements, goals and deadlines.
• Allocate tasks to the work team and help manage the schedule.
• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as projects continue to evolve.
• Supervising the procurement department in projects.
• Monitor the progress of projects and deal with any problems that arise.
• Cooperating with the project manager and providing the necessary support.
• Follow-up on the issuance of all legal papers such as contracts and terms of the agreement…etc.
• Create and maintain project documents, plans and reports.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets..
• Align Tasks with Engineers.
• Check and confirm Quality daily progress at site.
• Ability to check cad drawings for site and apply modification.
• Handle site requirement with other department .
• Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or higher education Telecommunications Engineering .
• (2-3) years experience with Project coordinator
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skill.
• • Very good Mail protocol Knowledge
• • Very good in English
• • AutoCAD User
• • Ability to travel
• • Strong analytic abilities
• • Strong time management and organizational skills.
• • Attention to details.
