 growing team. Shadana Yoga is launching an app, where a technical lead is needed to manage the coding of the app as well as growing the tech team based on the companies’ requirements.

Roles and responsibilities

– Lead the technical growth of Shadana Yoga product
– Be part of the hiring process for more technical engineers
– Leading the development cycle from idea to production
– Design and implement DevOps practices
– Designing and leading a clean API layer over Shadana yoga databases and content management system
– Work closely with the business team to translate business requirements into technical requirements

Requirements
– 3 years of experience in working within a full stack development team
– Ability to lead and collaborate with engineers to create the best development experience and a great product
– Deep understanding of modern technologies, programming languages and design patterns
– Proficiency in programming languages (typescript/ python/php)
– Experience in designing and implementing a modular system architecture.
– Ability to be geographically flexible, to live abroad if needed and travel for work.

Nice to have

– Experience using Project management tools like Jira
– Experience translating data from analytics and BI tools into product features
