𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
– Knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and CBI Technique
– 3 – 5 Years Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
– Knowledge of Employer branding strategies
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
– Experience with applicant tracking systems
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
