Magnom Holding Company located in Cairo/ 5th Settlement is hiring immediately a position (Talent Acquisition Specialist) with the below Criteria:
· Any Relevant bachelor’s degree/ Human Resources.
· (2- 4) years of experience in Recruitment different positions
· Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
· The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
· Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional network
· Excellent negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills.
· Strong English Language Usage (Pronunciation & Writing)

Job Requirements:
· Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
· Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
· Plan & conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
· Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
· Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
· Completing paperwork for new hires.
· Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
· Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
· Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
· Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
· Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
· Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
· Providing recruitment reports to the direct manager.
