Talent Acquisition Officer – Dabur Egypt Ltd

Sourcing and Recruitment

-Assist in setting and developing manpower planning & validate HODs requests.
-Execute Talent acquisition end-to-end cycle starting by creating an indent form on the system and by market the open positions via the company’s careers page and job boards, besides Source candidates through social media, resume databases, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.

-Assess & evaluate the candidates using different tools.
-Evaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager review.
-Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
-Anticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacancies.

Talent Advisory

-Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate “must-haves” and draft/update job descriptions.
-Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality.
-Work closely with HOD’s to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, advise about compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
Employer Branding

-Collaborate with marketing, human resources, and business leaders to boost an employer’s brand identity.
-Manage the company’s profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other talent-related websites
-Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA processes.
-Work with marketing to develop advertisement materials, such as flyers, digital media, and promotional products.

Candidate Experience
-Collaborate with human resources and business leaders to design the company’s hiring process, from application -to onboarding to create a candidate & employee unique experience.
-Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests or rejection emails.

Reports:
-Ability to deliver HR metric reports of MPP, HRIS, MIS, recruitment tracker & Attrition.
-Conduct exit interviews and communicate the potential ways for retention.
-Prepare monthly org chart report.

Qualifications & Preferences:
– Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in HR within a matrix organization
– Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
– Collaborative team player
– Genuine interest in new technologies and tools.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Fluent in both speaking and writing business English language.
