-3 to 5+ years of experience in systems administration and analysis
-Alerted 24/7 for systems troubleshooting and resolving incidents
-Windows 2016 and 2019 system administration excellent experience
-Excellent Knowledge with active directory implementations are running effectively and efficiently
-Good knowledge with VMware tools, backup and SAN storage concepts is required
-Knowledge with the hosting concepts and types
-MCSE or other related Microsoft certification
-Provision and install windows server on physical or virtual environments.
-Installing and implementing of windows cluster based environments
Installing, implementing and configuring of active directory.
-Manage server’s permissions plus group policies management.
-Install, configure, manage, patch, troubleshoot, and upgrade the operating system, windows cluster, active directory servers, backup agents, monitoring agents and anti-virus agents
-Configuring of virtual machines disks, network and creating templates on virtual environments.
-Monthly applying the security assessments recommendations on the servers in production.
-Validate hosting customers’ requests from network, backup, network access and disk partitioning.
-Technical support of all Windows servers’ issues related, analyze system problems to identify problem areas.
-Updating and patching operating systems regularly
-Make sure of backups, security, integrity, reliability, availability, and disaster recovery for servers.
-Monitor and evaluate operating efficiency, analyze performance and tuning
-Resolve escalated service requests and support tickets related to Windows server environments
-Work closely and escalates issues directly with vendors to ensure that supporting operating systems are compliant with applications, including required patch levels, hot fixes, and revisions
-24/7 readiness for any escalated impacts and problems on the production systems
-Using power shell scripting in managing and troubleshooting windows services and components
-Experience with Windows networking utilities are important and required. Specific skills should include routing, sub-netting, firewalls, and name resolution. DNS, gateway masking configuration applying on operating system plus.
