Job Summary:
the Strategy Alignment & Performance Monitoring Officer is responsible for the monitoring & reporting of the Bank’s Performance management process from inception to implementation and analysis by undertaking detailed & independent analysis of the Bank’s Performance as a whole and each of it’s departments/units towards delivering the desired outcomes.
Requirements:
– Min 5 years of relevant experience
– Relevant training in Strategy Alignment & Performance Monitoring is a plus
