As-Salam International Hospital is hiring Storekeeper Supervisor,
Job description :
– Reviewing Consumables availability, preparing purchase requisition for re-order supply.
– Checking quality, quantity & expiration date for receiving supply.
– Supervising OR storekeeper’s activities.
– Charge external supplies on the patient.
– Send external supplies form (for on-shelf supplies) to main store/ Medical Store / Non-Medical Store/ F&B Store and follow up.
– Review the stock issue.
– Follow up with purchasing for pending POs.
– Making store ready for physical inventory.
– Participate in HACCP program as the following:
– Applying for the HACCP program in store
– Follow up on the supplies hygiene.
– Follow up on the expiry food product in-store.
– Follow up the documentation and record of receiving and storage food.
Job Requirements :
– Proven experience as storekeeper supervisor at least 3 years of experience.
