realme Egypt is hiring a “Store Manager” for our new realme brand shop at Mall of Arabia
Responsibilities:
– Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
– Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
– Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree
* Males ONLY
* Age: 25-33
* Exp: 1 year at least as a Store Manager or as a senior sales
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Excellent leadership skills
* A Very good command of English
* MS Office skills
