is Hiring:
Sourcing & Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Lifecycle: Manage the full PO process—from RFQ and negotiation to placement, fulfillment, and supplier relationship management.
AI Training Integration: Apply purchasing expertise to support AI training initiatives focused on real-world sourcing workflows.
Data & Documentation: Organize procurement data for structured AI use and document workflows to ensure compliance standards.
Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to methods and procedures within the procurement field.
Supplier Evaluation: Assess and evaluate suppliers based on operational criteria and standard practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven background in procurement, purchasing, or administrative operations.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Technical Savvy: Ability to translate complex procurement processes into structured guidance for AI systems.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
