R2S Logistics is currently hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a team of developers to deliver applications in line with business requirements.
Main Responsibilities :
– Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.
– Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
– Keep up to date with the latest development software
– Hire and train new developers
– Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
– Ensure proper documentation
Key Requirements
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
– 2+ years of proven experience in leading development teams
– 5+ years of experience with Laravel, PHP, MySQL, react.jd and other development tools. Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
– Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions
– Excellent leadership and coaching skills
– Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
