Spinneys Egypt is now hiring a “Social Media Specialist” with the following details:
Responsibilities:
· Plan, create and launch social media content on all social media platforms
· Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications
· Researching audience preferences and discover current trends
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, reviewing the design content for errors
· Create engaging text, video content and creative online campaigns ideas
· Create new content for webpages to fit keyword strategy and support the SEO
· Monitor and analyze competitors’ online activities and suggest changes in order to improve our performance
· Create weekly performance reports across all digital marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations
· Design, implement direct email marketing campaigns and customer list management
· Moderate social media platforms and reply to all customers’ requirements
· Collect and analyze Spinneys customers’ feedback on our products and services
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SMM tools such as Facebook and Instagram
Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
. Minimum of 2+ years experience
. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
