– Site / Constructions Background
– 3-5 years Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Job Requirements:
– Create project accounts in the accounting system
– Authorize access to project accounts
– Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts
– Review and approve timesheets for work related to a project
– Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects
– Create or approve all project-related billings to customers
– Respond to requests for more detail from the Project Manager
– Approve the write-off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers
– Closeout project accounts upon project completion
– Responsible for approving projects Financial expanses
– Organize work regulations inside the site.
– Following up with the warehouse inside the site.
