🔹 Experience: 1–2 years
🔹 Location: New Cairo
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide level 1 technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Log and track incidents through the ITSM platform
• Resolve issues remotely or on-site
• Escalate complex cases to L2 teams when needed
• Ensure timely and professional communication with users
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of service desk or technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
