Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
– +4 years of experience of technical full-cycle recruitment (Software industry).
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database.
– Experience in closing technical positions (software development).
– Understanding job requirements for Software roles.
– Ability to evaluate candidates through recruitment competencies metrics.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (Recruitment’s platforms, social media, and headhunting).
– Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone call and email.
– Strong oral and written communication skills and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
– Strategic, analytical, detailed, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
– Self-motivated with Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
