TRANSSION Holding is hiring Senior Social Media specialist for our ITEL Mobile brand
Job Description: –
1) Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance brand visibility.
2) Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, , Instagram and TikTok.
3) Manage and maintain social media profiles, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
4) Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and relevant conversations, and proactively engage with the audience.
5) Reply to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer concerns.
6) Moderate discussions and comments on social media platforms
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategy development.
7) Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis.
Requirements: –
1) Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
2) Experience from 2 to 3 years in social media
3) Have good communications skills.
4) Prefer to have background experience in Mobile field or electronics
