Their product range includes bandanas, undershirts, and basic T-shirts, catering to individuals looking for simple yet stylish apparel.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Build and lead high-performing sales teams across channels
• Lead B2B distribution strategy and onboard new partners
• Expand retail presence (stores, franchises, shop-in-shop)
• Own revenue targets and monitor sales performance
• Analyze market trends and optimize pricing and product mix
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain
Requirements
• Minimum 15+ years in sales, preferably in fashion/apparel/retail
• Strong experience in B2B sales and distribution
• Proven track record in retail expansion
• Strong network within the fashion and retail industry
• Leadership experience managing large teams
• Experience in GCC markets is a plus
