Senior Recruitment Specialist
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Main Responsibilities :
As part of a human resources team, a Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertakes all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring manager.
Ultimately, a Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree of suitable discipline
– HR diploma or MBA is an asset
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / industrial organizations
– Proven work experience as a Recruiter
– Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
– Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, reference check etc.)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong decision-making skills
– Excellent English & computer skills
